We offer a complete repair service covering Asko products including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and kitchen appliances in Sydney Northern Beaches, North Shore Inner East and West.
Our experienced technician can attend to your home or business and in most cases, repair your appliance on the spot. Should we need to obtain additional parts, a suitable time will be arranged for their return and you will only be charged for the parts & labour on the return visit.
Available Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 5pm.
Generally, a technician can attend within 72 hours of booking, however if you are requesting a particular time or day, please understand that this may delay our attendance.
We work to ensure our service is as convenient as possible for our customers and will contact you the day prior to confirm the two-hour window timeframe for your job.
A limited number of ‘FIRST CALL’ bookings can be taken in advance, ensuring you are the first customer attended to in the morning by our technician (between 7:00am & 9.00am), when booking a service call.
Please have the following information available:
■ Contact name, address details and phone numbers (home, work and mobile)
■ Brand and model number of your machine
■ Brief description of what the service issue is with your machine, (this is important to assist our technicians in ensuring they arrive with the necessary equipment and spare parts).

Service Call Charges and Repair Quotations
$120.00 + GST – Standard Service Call Fee (includes first 30 minutes of our technician labour).
Urgent Service or same day service call is $190.00 + GST (includes first 30 minutes of our technician labour). Additional labour charges.$80.00 + GST per 30 mins.
NOTE: Service call charges which include 30 minutes labour, and cost of spare parts must be paid for in full prior to the technician on departure from your premises.
Cash, VISA , Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted.
Warranty
We offer the same warranty as the manufacturer which usually varies between 12, 6 or 3 months.
A 30-Day warranty on labour is provided for all repairs and servicing carried out by Manly Appliance and Electrical technician.
NOTE: This applies only to the specific work that was carried out and does not provide for complimentary service calls for additional repair issues which may arise.
